About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Asoftware IT Support Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide customer service to employees and external stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in administrative support or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
