Pivot Business Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Office Services
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure effective communication and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administrative operations or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
    • Knowledge of project management software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility and reliability.
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
