Job Title: Social Media and Influencer Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and sales across all platforms.
  • Manage community engagement, ensuring consistent interaction with followers and influencers while monitoring and analyzing performance.
  • Oversee influencer relations, including outreach, gifting, and sample tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups and content collection.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to execute creative campaigns aligned with our content calendar.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify key influencers and celebrities for THE KRIPT to partner with for maximum exposure.
  • Ensure all social media content and campaigns are aligned with our KPIs, increasing site traffic, engagement, and ultimately driving sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving engagement and sales.
  • Strong ability to track and report on key performance metrics, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of how to maintain and elevate a brand's unique voice.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to bring the brand's vision to life.
  • Experience managing influencer relationships, with a portfolio of successful collaborations and ROI results.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and leading a team.
