Translates value statements into tailored value propositions that address emerging customer needs, showcasing measurable impacts on business performance. Formulates and executes comprehensive sales strategies, including competitive countermeasures to distinctively position DISW offerings. Market Insight and Industry Acumen

Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry and market segment to define value, create competitive leverage, and enhance economic influence for the client. Adapts extensive industry and market trend knowledge to position DISW as the preferred provider and trusted advisor. Establishes a competitive landscape to mitigate risks and build competitive immunity within the prospect's environment. Addresses potential deal-specific objections through competitive insights. Relationship Management and Business Strategies

Utilizes networks to foster relationships as a trusted advisor to clients. Develops exceptional relationships with senior executives, influencing long-term client engagement. Identifies the organizational political landscape and crafts effective strategies to secure DISW's standing. Leads inter-company relationships to enhance competitive immunity and deepen account penetration. Understands client needs, identifies business trends, and aligns potential solutions to deliver value. Establishes comprehensive account plans and maintains a sales pipeline to meet targets and quotas. Manages complex negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. General Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software sales with a proven track record of securing and closing deals. Experience in software or subject matter sales is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SFDC, and LinkedIn. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong skills in time and pipeline management. Consistent record of achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sales-related training is a plus. Focused, resilient, and adept at networking, with the ability to engage at senior leadership levels. Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive decision-making. Commercially astute, capable of accelerating sales cycles. Seeking a proactive 'hunter' with a demonstrated ability to close deals. Strong interpersonal skills, effective in collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Ability to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers and cultivate long-term relationships.
