Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Join Siemens Digital Industries Software ULC as a Sales Account Executive and drive business growth in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logo prospects using a strategic value-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve software and services sales targets, maximizing land and expand opportunities and reducing customer churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective handover and resolution of technical solution issues.
  • Proactively develop relationships with new customers, understanding challenges/needs and producing an influence map.
  • Assess customer financial situations and complete opportunity risk assessments, agreeing with Sales Manager the level of sales investment warranted for potential revenue.
  • Guide customers through the buying process for land and expand opportunities, engaging directly with customer decision makers and providing valuable insights to customers about their business.
Requirements:
  • Relevant local University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or Sales (or lower qualification with relevant work experience).
  • Minimum 7+ years of Enterprise Software sales experience with a strong track record of hunting and closing agreements.
  • Focused, resilient, excellent networking capabilities, ability to interact at senior leadership level.
  • Sales CRM Systems experience, especially SFDC.
