Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the processes related to data collection and analysis.
- Evaluate and enhance records management and administrative processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving registration and enrollment procedures.
- Analyze course enrollment trends and provide recommendations for course offerings and scheduling.
- Guide students regarding program and course requirements, offering a range of options and insights.
- Coordinate operational workflows for enrollment and graduation cycles.
- Compile, summarize, and distribute evaluations for programs and courses.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in an academic setting, preferably within registrarial services.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining statistical reports and data.
- Experience in advising students on academic policies and procedures.
- Exceptional data entry and records management capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with student registration systems and the ability to interface with various software for data management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of relevant policies and practices within the academic environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Azure and Power BI.
- Understanding of Rotman graduate programs.
- Prior experience with the University of Toronto's systems is advantageous.
