Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams dedicated to serving clients across a range of services including audits, tax compliance, budgeting, internal controls, and financial and accounting operations.
  • Provide expert guidance in audit and certification through client interactions, reports, technical work, presentations, and high-quality deliverables. Leverage your sector expertise to effectively address client needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their activities, key risks, and opportunities for value creation. Actively contribute to account growth and management.
  • Plan and execute assignments efficiently, ensuring adherence to project financial parameters (budgets, work in progress, billing, collections, and variances).
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex business issues. Ensure accuracy and integrity of client financial reports and entries.
  • Network within the local business community and contribute to the development of competitive service offerings that meet evolving client demands.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence through clear goals, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.

Your Qualifications:

  • CPA designation
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant public accounting experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of business principles, accounting practices, management strategies, and prospecting techniques
  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage staff effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships
