Director of Accounting Projects

TALINKO Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Accounting Projects to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading accounting projects and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead accounting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget
- Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial risks and opportunities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
- CPA designation and a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Knowledge of Acomba software an asset
