About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
