About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at McDonald's Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to McDonald's recipes and standards, including portioning and wrapping food, and packaging take-out orders.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
