Parking Lot Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Lot Cashier to join our team at Butlers Compound. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth parking experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register to process payments and manage cash transactions.
  • Process payments, including cash, cheques, and credit/debit card transactions.
  • Tabulate total payments and reconcile with sales data to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and provide guidance on parking options and rates.
  • Monitor parking areas, ensuring that all entrances and exits are secure and that customers are aware of parking rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
