Parking Lot Attendant Job Description

At Butlers Compound, we are seeking a skilled Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register to process transactions and manage cash handling
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor the parking area, ensuring that all vehicles are parked in designated areas and that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe condition
  • Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and that any discrepancies are promptly addressed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility and reliability
