Parking Lot Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parking Lot Cashier to join our team at Butlers Compound. As a Parking Lot Cashier, you will be responsible for operating a cash register, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and monitor all entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
