Parking Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Operations Assistant to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers using parking facilities during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with payment inquiries, manage challenging customer interactions, and facilitate the parking process.
  • Parking Operations: Process parking fees, accurately document passes issued in the logbook, and contribute to operational efficiency by preparing shift reports and sorting tickets.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Identify and report parking equipment deficiencies and safety concerns to direct supervisor.
  • Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe parking environment, including litter pick-up and snow shoveling/salting as required.
  • Revenue Control: Collect cash and front-line revenues, control all lot revenues, and record-keeping as it relates to work performed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge of parking equipment, customer service experience, and parking-related experience.
  • Skills: Strong command of the English language, friendly, even-tempered, cooperative, and able to work independently and communicate effectively.
