Business Development Manager

At Fraction, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgages through referral channel networks and driving revenue performance for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial referral relationships with mortgage brokers in your region.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue while maintaining deal quality and underwriting efficiency standards.
  • Provide unparalleled sales support and lending guidelines training to referral partners.
  • Liaise with underwriting colleagues to resolve issues with referral partners.
  • Represent Fraction at key industry events to maintain and elevate the company's reputation.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in residential mortgages with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in sales, relationship management, and development.
  • Excellent CRM management skills, including lead tracking and sales funnel management.
  • Ability to measure and track key performance metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to test and adapt sales strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of referral partners in the mortgage community in your region.
