Executive Director, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Executive Director, Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services department and providing strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to the clinical services department
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in clinical services leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
