Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our retail team at WIRELESSWAVE. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for guiding customers towards the best wireless solutions to match their lifestyle, while also leading by example and mentoring your team to achieve business standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and tailored wireless solutions to meet customer needs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to hit and exceed individual and team targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure all business standards are met
  • Oversee retail operations including merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and training requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • 3 years of wireless or retail management experience preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong connections with customers and colleagues
  • Full-time availability to work varied and flexible schedules
