About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead the growth of our company through our Sales Channels and Applications Engineering. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a proven track record of developing and managing sales teams in the North American Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure our brand of Quality Engineering is maintained.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the team's effectiveness.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
    • Set sales targets and objectives for the sales team and manage their progress.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Work closely with Application Engineering to provide optimal engineering service with our quote and tender process.
    • Represent all major projects and channel development to management.
    • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and applications.
    • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, with at least 4 years in a senior sales leadership role.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Working Conditions:
