The Role of a Senior Salesforce Developer

The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, supporting critical business functions, achieving project objectives, meeting client requirements, and realizing company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation Catalyst: Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, leveraging creativity and technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • Digital Guardian: Take charge of the daily support and maintenance of our internal Salesforce instance, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • Collaboration Champion: Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and other developers to foster cohesive project strategies and ensure effective synergy throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
  • Agile Achiever: Thrive in a flexible and proactive work environment, adapting quickly to changing project requirements and customer objectives to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Tech Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date on new Salesforce features and functionalities, driving innovation and excellence in our Salesforce environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Salesforce Voice is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is highly preferred.
