Job Title: Public Cloud Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving demand and leading enablement activities with sales teams to position our cloud solutions for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cloud Solutions Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, accurate, and sufficient pipeline of cloud opportunities, accountable for opportunity submissions, management, and forecasting.
  2. Sales Enablement: Provide ongoing enablement to sales teams to support the execution of our cloud go-to-market strategies and opportunity generation.
  3. Sales Support: Provide support throughout the sales cycle, acting as a subject matter expert for cloud programs and services.
  4. Shared Responsibilities:
  5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Provide cross-functional support to multiple areas of the business, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
  6. Enablement and Mentorship: Share knowledge and best practices with the team, acting as a subject matter expert for cloud solutions and services.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 Years of B2B Sales Experience: Ideally from within the technology industry.
  2. Demonstrable Experience in Solution Sales: Consistent year-over-year performance to plan.
  3. Commitment to Process and Goal-Oriented:
  4. Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: For complex sales cycles.
  5. Exceptional Customer Service and Experience:
  6. Customer-Focused Mindset: With strong executive presence and effective communication skills.
  7. Technical Proficiency: With a demonstrable understanding of cloud computing.
  8. AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification: Required for the role.
  9. Experience with Salesforce.com: For opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
