Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Hydway Liquor. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance staff productivity.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies, manage credits, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Source and purchase products for resale, ensuring quality and quantity meet company standards.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to increase sales, promote products, and enhance customer engagement.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track revenues and expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and train staff, and evaluate their performance.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Manage office staff, volunteers, and other personnel.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
