  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Work Environment:

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or related field.
