We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Preet Ravi Petroleum LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail business, including daily operations, staff management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure the smooth running of the store.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues that may arise, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, determine staffing requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
