Job Summary
As a key member of our team, the Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage departments. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of all food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management and waste reduction.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
