Job Summary

The Program Coordinator is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our mental health programs. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs, as well as managing staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health principles and treatment modalities, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans and strategies to support clients with mental health needs
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure effective program delivery
  • Provide administrative support to program teams, including referral and vacancy management
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct program evaluations and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mental health or social work
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, including 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to provide/obtain required certifications, including Emergency First Aid and CPR
