Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Project Manager to join our team at Astra North Infoteck Inc. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems and a proven track record in managing complex projects within the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP projects as a Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Applications with over 10 years of experience in IT ERP Cloud project management.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of ERP Cloud modules including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Business Intelligence.
  • Expertly deliver Oracle Applications solutions tailored to business requirements, overseeing conversions, integrations, upgrades, infrastructure, implementations, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Demonstrate senior-level expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance Modules such as EDM, PCM, A2R, FAW, P2P, S2P, R2R, O2C, ARCS, among others.
  • Exhibit senior-level proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Modules, including Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Provide guidance to ERP Business Stakeholders and IT Implementation Teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial analysis to solution design, development, data migration, training, testing, and operational readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate common project challenges such as cost overruns, delays, system instability, and user adoption issues.
  • Compile and analyze data to generate effective status reports for senior IT leaders and executives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Program Managers to oversee the execution of ERP Consolidation projects.
  • Take ownership of project activities, coordinating with Change Management Project Managers.
  • Manage daily planning, execution, and communication of project objectives, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Report on project milestones to Stream Owners and Program Managers.
  • Lead the identification and management of project issues, dependencies, and risks, providing support for resolution and escalation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams responsible for conversion, integrations, reports, and operational readiness, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
