ERP Systems Analyst

About the Role:
The ERP Systems Analyst will provide ongoing support, development, and maintenance of our Epicor ERP systems. This includes supporting end-users, upgrading processes, and additional site migrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epicor modules and process flow, specifically those used in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Develop and implement customizations, BAQs, reports, dashboards, and BPMs to support business needs
- Collaborate with Epicor support and third-party partners to resolve technical issues
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for software modifications
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline (experience in lieu of degree acceptable)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Epicor ERP, preferably Epicor 10 or higher
- Strong understanding of Epicor modules and process flow, specifically those used in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from both custom and Epicor databases
- Experience with Epicor Implementations and Process Improvement Projects
- Development experience with VB.net is a bonus
