Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Support Advisor to promote and sell Brandt Forklift based parts and service, as well as provide after-sales support to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase parts and service sales, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Territory Management: Implement and execute a yearly territory plan to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management to meet budget goals and expand the customer base.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is considered an asset.
  • Industry Experience: Industry experience is considered an asset.
