Company Overview:

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to enhance our client’s customer support operations.

Position Summary:

Located in Regina, the Product Support Specialist will play a vital role within the Customer Support Team, assisting a network of branch locations across Canada. Comprehensive training on products, terminology, and support techniques will be provided. Various shifts are available to accommodate the 24/7 Customer Support Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new customer parts orders, follow up on existing requests, verify inventory availability, and address pricing inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to customers.
  • Offer parts support and assistance to field staff.
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors to fulfill parts requests effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in handling parts requests promptly.
  • Experience navigating multiple web applications and systems while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Strong listening skills to engage with customers and provide effective solutions for parts-related requests.
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in the agricultural sector is a plus.
  • Experience in outbound sales is beneficial.
