Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shamma auto sales & services ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including record-keeping, data analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external parties.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
