Job Title: Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Canadian market. Reporting to the Vice President of International Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Sales Managers and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions
  • Implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in English communication skills, bilingualism (French) is an asset
