About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Hertz Car Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Identify and develop talent to enhance our team's performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Payments and Returns: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules to meet business needs and employee requirements.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and efficient inventory management to meet customer demands.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Supervise 1-2 Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Experience and Requirements
  • 1-7 Months of Experience: Proven track record in a similar role or industry.
  • Permanent Employment: Commitment to a stable and long-term career.
  • English Language Proficiency: Effective communication and language skills.
  • 32-40 Hours per Week: Availability to work a standard full-time schedule.
