About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing personalized guest services, responding to guest requests, and ensuring that every interaction is exceptional. If you're passionate about delivering luxury guest experiences and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest requests and provide personalized services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with guests pre-arrival and during their stay to understand their preferences and offer insightful recommendations.
- Manage guest interactions with the utmost hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests when possible.
- Ensure that concierge desk materials are updated and current, and possess extensive knowledge of Whistler activities and vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Concierge Manager and Front Desk Manager.
- Access to affordable shared staff accommodation.
- Employee theme recognition days and events.
- Complimentary meal per shift in our employee dining room.
- Paid time off; vacation days and additional floating holidays per year.
- Excellent training and development program.
- Discovery Nights at Four Seasons worldwide.
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Concierge to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
