Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Representative to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as sales, customer service, and financial products.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a retail banking environment.
- Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) is an absolute requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
