We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Advice Specialist to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized service to members, addressing their financial needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial situations and offering tailored advice and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and referral targets, promoting Coast Capital Savings products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the financial services industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) is an absolute requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High level of digital literacy, with experience using a range of devices and technology.
