Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our logistics team at 1026433 B.C LTD. dba End of the Roll NANAIMO. This role involves a variety of tasks essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

The position is based in an urban warehouse setting, where you will encounter:

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials manually or using basic material handling equipment.
  • Operating various equipment to facilitate the movement of goods.
  • Picking orders and managing stock levels.
  • Creating and attaching labels to products.
  • Wrapping and packing goods for shipment.
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking items efficiently.
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory records.
Transportation and Travel

Public transportation options are available for commuting to the work site.

Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads.
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Flexibility to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
Weight Handling

Must be capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
