About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at 1026433 B.C LTD. dba End of the Roll NANAIMO. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products from trucks, pallets, and containers.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Material Handling: Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, warehouse.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptability, analytical skills, collaborative attitude, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, dependability, excellent oral communication, reliability, team player.
