Brandt is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is essential for overseeing inventory management within a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the parts department and customer service team to achieve inventory fulfillment goals.
- Retrieve and package items according to order lists, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for shipping.
- Adhere to the supervisor's directives for various operational tasks.
- Identify and locate inventory, inputting data into the ERP system.
- Assist in loading vehicles with completed products.
- Examine outgoing shipments for any signs of damage.
- Conduct inventory counts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication abilities and dependability.
- Physical capability to manually handle goods and materials.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Safe operation of forklifts and similar equipment.
- Experience performing tasks outdoors in challenging conditions.
- Proven reliability and effective communication skills.
