Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at 1026433 B.C LTD. dba End of the Roll NANAIMO. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading
    • Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
    • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Inventory Management
    • Pick orders and stock.
    • Make labels and attach to goods.
    • Wrap goods.
    • Pack and unpack goods.
    • Sort, crate, and stack goods.
    • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Handle heavy loads and work in confined spaces.
    • Work in a dusty environment.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Public transportation is available.
  • Physical Demands
    • Work in a physically demanding environment.
    • Perform tasks that require manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
    • Bend, crouch, and kneel regularly.
  • Weight Handling
    • Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities
