About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and develop your team to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective visual merchandising and product launches
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
About You
We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of leading and developing teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role
