Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, maintain accurate records, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, organized, reliable, time management, and strong communication skills.
