Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at OBC AUTOMOTIVE LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general information about our services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and other stakeholders, including preparing and sending reports, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
