  • Provide strategic financial and operational guidance to Executives and Ownership
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to maximize net income
  • Lead product marketing initiatives to drive business growth
  • Establish capital budgets, oversee internal or external financing, and monitor projects until completion
  • Produce accurate and consistent reporting on operational results, and develop recommendations for action for the internal leadership team and Ownership
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relations with government officials
  • Perform due diligence on acquisitions or new major capital projects
  • Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure organizational risks are minimized
  • Undertake special project work as required

  • Professional accounting designation: CPA or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Strong people skills and ability to liaise with customers, partners, and staff at all levels
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, and motivating staff

  • Experience with executive presentations
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting systems
  • Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
