About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sahib Collection LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including opening and distributing mail and other materials, and scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and develop strategies to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions, including evaluating work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
