Job Summary:

Traction Heavy Duty Parts is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, products, or inventory.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of the aftermarket parts industry is an asset.
