We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Startek Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
- Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities and performance.
- Training: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
