Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination of projects with our experienced land administration and land agent teams.
- Effective communication and direction to teams.
- Consultation and acquisition for various surface interests.
- Manage all aspects of a project from public consultation, ROW acquisition, regulatory compliance, construction, and reclamation, and land requirements for regulatory filings.
Requirements:
- High level of integrity and ethics.
- Exceptional reporting and management skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity, confidence, and commitment to work on linear projects.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of urgent tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Field experience with surface land acquisitions, construction attendance.
- Rural and urban field experience with acquisitions and third-party agreements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, friendly, and professional interaction with coworkers and clients.
- Experience using Spin II, ETS, OneStop, EDS system, ILRR, myLTSA, CORES, and ISC.
- Knowledge of First Nations/Metis Consultation process.
- Experience with regulatory acts and their corresponding guidelines, including but not limited to AER, BCER, AUC, CER, and Land and Property Rights Tribunal.
