About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Land team at Scott Land Ltd. As a Surface Land Agent/Project Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing surface rights for various projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage surface rights for projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid Land Agent and Driver's Licenses.
  • Active membership in the International Right of Way Association is an asset.
  • Experience in surface land acquisition and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in other industries, such as infrastructure, renewables, water, and telecom.
