Restaurant Operations Manager

AHA Indian Food Paradise Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis and Planning: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues to determine labour cost, plan and organize daily operations, supervise staff, train staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
