Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Certifications: Beverage services manager certification is an asset.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
